Ask Questions to NASA and EPA Panelists About the Air You Breathe and Air Pollution Research

Air pollution is not just limited to near the surface of the Earth where we work, live, and breathe, it also occurs high in the atmosphere.  Here at NASA Langley, Principle Investigator Jim Crawford is working with a team of scientists to measure and understand air quality throughout the atmosphere using surface, airborne, and satellite measurements.  The project is called DISCOVER-AQ, which stands for “Deriving Information on Surface conditions from Column and Vertically Resolved Observations Relevant to Air Quality”, learn more about the project by visiting the DISCOVER-AQ home page.

Join The S’COOL Team today, July 15th, 2014, in a Google+ Hangout with NASA Research Scientists and the EPA Director of Air Quality Assessment to learn about advancements in air quality research and ask  the experts your questions!

Login to Google+ Hangout at 2pm EST by clicking the following link:

and ask questions of the panelists by either writing them in the comments section on the Google+ Hangout page or Tweet using #askNASA .

See you There!
