Using MY NASA DATA in the Middle School Classroom – The collection of over 50 MY NASA DATA Grade 6-8 lesson plans is intended to provide the middle school science and/or math educator with a variety of specific examples of how NASA Earth Science Satellite data can be integrated into their curriculum. Take a few moments to examine the middle school lessons to see how other teachers have used authentic satellite data as a resource to promote inquiry-based learning in their classrooms, bringing real-world science experiences to their students. We invite you to use them as is or to create your own lesson from the rich data resource that the Live Access Server (LAS) provides. If you create your own lesson, please consider sharing it with other educators through the online lesson link provided.
